* Apologies: In my intro to the Marissa Anderson track I mistakenly say that her sources were old "world music" 78s from the late Harry Smith's collection. At the time of recording, I only had a preview download without Marissa excellent, extensive notes on the project. Wrong: they were all early LPs from the post-78 era. Another good reason for buying this highly recommended CD!

When you've had time to digest each Podwireless edition, I'd love to get your feedback on any tracks that have particularly caught your attention. At the end of the year when I do the "Best 50" albums I'll also publish the most nominated listeners' favourite discoveries. Let's say maximum three per show. (BUT note : if you're an artist or label, please don't take this as an invite to get friends & fans to spam me: it's boring and easily spotted!). Please email podwireless@outlook.com with Feedback! in the subject line.

There's an emailing list for alerts when each Podwireless edition goes live. Drop an email to podwireless@outlook.com with Podwireless Mailing List in the subject line to be added to it.
